Because make-up matters



Does being a professional depend on vanity? or is it really just normal to go through a work day without a little cheek stain?


According to Business Insider, "There is strong statistical evidence to show that women who wear make-up in business get better jobs and are promoted more quickly." Even crazier, Times' survey reported that "64 per cent of directors said that women who wore make-up look more professional and 18 per cent of directors said that women who do not wear make-up “look like they can’t be bothered to make an effort”.

So as even the business world is penetrated by vanity, is it about time we give in to really fixing up?
